My cat had a UTI last month on a Sunday and during huge snowstorm. My cat was not a patient at the time but they were so compassionate because I was afraid to drive in storm. They took Simba in and treated him!Don't know what I would have done. Very nice staff...I have sent his records over...they will be my veterinarian now! Thank you so much!
I had to put my dog down. They were amazing just let me walk in when my girl was ready. They gave us time before and after. Amazing staff. They really do care about you and your pet during the process.
Dr.Looney and staff are wonderful. They are always very thorough and take the extra time to explain everything. They were very thoughtful and caring when it was time to let my Syclla cross the rainbow bridge. My boy Bubba and his new sister Syrax are always excited to see Dr.Looney and staff. I would highly recommend Pittsfield veterinary hospital.
