Incredibly prompt and professional service! I don't know why they don't have thousands of good reviews, because they are AMAZING. I can't remember the last time I experienced such helpful and knowlegable customer service. They simplify the process and are an absolute necessity for anyone starting their own business.

Review for MassachusettsI used this company to set up an Nonprofit. It was easy and smooth sailing. The Nonprofit filing was approved within few days. Customer service was friendly and prompt. The registered agent annual fee is one of the lowest it's just okay.The online customer site allowed me to inspect and download my documents. It was easy to navigate and use.
