Eric Sciola’s bedside manner is outstanding. He explained what needed or has to be done, provided the necessary information and documentation for us, the homeowners to make our decision. Eric provided the required documentation for the insurance company in a timely manner. My husband and I opted to go with J. Smegal Roofing based on interactions with and information provided by other roofing contractors. I believe we made the right decision.

Great experience with Terry, Tyler, & Cliff. These guys were pleasant to talk to, very thorough, and very professional. I even overheard them redoing a section of gutter, because it "didn't look right." It's rare to find a group of professionals that have pride in their work, even when it was not visible to someone like me.

Great experience from start to finish. Very responsive- received a visit and quote within 2 days of calling. Job completed in half a day even with extra work involved. Would highly recommend!
