I'm grateful to have found Payden at Hair Express! She is absolutely lovely, friendly, and knowledgeable. One thing I love most is her skill at dry cutting curly hair, which is exactly what I prefer and is extremely difficult to find anywhere, especially in our area! She's a gem. Payden takes the time to ask the right questions and listens to my preferences to understand what I'm looking for with my hair. I appreciate that she is so adaptable, while making sure to confirm our plan with me before she starts cutting, so we can be confident we're on the same page. Chasity cut my hair today as a last-minute walk in, she asked all the right questions and did all the right things! Will definitely see her again! I wish I could give two separate reviews one for the stylist who was wonderful and a second for the reception staff. Being in customer service myself, I noticed that upon arriving, the receptionist was not terribly friendly and upon leaving, there was a different receptionist who didn’t look at me or speak to me other than to tell me what I owed and hand me back the change. It could’ve been just a bad day as it was in the middle of a snowstorm.
Jill cut my hair last time I went in. Quite simply the best haircut of my entire life. I don’t consider my hair easy to cut and it is very difficult to deal with, but she did a perfect cut so effortlessly, and there’s absolutely no issues this time at all, which is new for me!
