I have a Chinese wool rug that everyone told me to throw out. A previous cleaning company had left marks in the weave, my older dog had urine accidents on it and the kids grape juice stains. I hated to depart with the rug. It was the perfect size and colors. What did I have to lose? To see the rug today, you could never tell any of those things happened. The rug looks in excellent condition. I cannot say enough good things about their work. I would highly recommend them after the pitiful, smelly rug I handed them was returned in beautiful condition, clean and fresh smelling. Plus the damage from the previous cleaners was gone.
