We like our Dr. Bruck, CRNP Shannon, Nurse Mark and the other nurse… BUT: the office staff can use improvement. The level of courtesy definitely varies. Also, office communication needs to be much better. Almost every interaction has errors, dropped balls, communication failures, etc…
Finally: Why can’t they procure the Meningitis B vaccine?

This place is THE WORST. The front desk is terrible. I call in the morning, someone answers and says the phones aren’t turned on yet call back later and hangs up. I call midday, they’re closed for an hour for lunch. Can’t even talk to anyone. When you finally call and get connected to someone, you’re on hold 10-30 minutes. Then whatever the medical reason, I can never see my doctor for at least a week, often two weeks, sometimes more! I called saying I’ve been sick with Covid for 2 weeks and now I’m feeling worse, they said they won’t see me because I have Covid. What kind of doctor’s office DOESN'T SEE SICK PEOPLE. I have been going to FP for over 40 years, and I am very disappointed with the service I have been receiving recently! Others mention the rudeness of the front desk staff- I'd like to add to this by telling how I was blown off when I called to ask to speak to my doctor or ANYBODY about a tick bite, and symptoms of Lyme disease I was experiencing, and all the receptionist said was that I couldn't get an appointment for almost two weeks! "Go to urgent care" was her answer. She didn't even ask me if I wanted to relay a message to my doctor!
