I really REALLY was expecting a good experience from all that I've heard. Unfortunately, left disappointed once again. After setting up an appointment for their rep to come to my home and discuss projects - he cancels a few hours beforehand. It is reschedule for three weeks later. He is a no-show. I write the company detailing my experience just asking them that this individual NOT contact me further. My feeling is twice is enough. So guess who tries to contact me the following afternoon? Apparently Comalli only has one person able to deal with residential customers.UPDATE: I admit to much surprise! Comalli consented to sending out a second individual. Smooth. No... read full review
