Pittsfield Neighborhood Dental Center provides excellent service. The staff is friendly and speaks Spanish. Dr. Miguel and his assistant Shea are known for making patients feel relaxed and welcomed, even those with dental anxiety. Dr. Miguel is knowledgeable and takes time to explain oral health situations thoroughly. While scheduling appointments may take some time, the center offers quality care.
Dr. Miguel and his assistant Shea are AMAZING! I have very bad anxiety with dentists but they made me feel relaxed and welcomed. They are so nice and helped me so much. I have never had such a sweet and caring experience in a dentist office before. I highly recommend. Thank you both very much!
I have seen Dr. Miguel, and he is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to sitsthere and fully breaks down the situation for you and really takes his time to inform you about your oral health. All tho It took me about 5 months to get in for some dental work, after a scheduled cleaning, again also took me some time to get but, i see alot of people complaining about dental scheduling and unfortunately that's alot of places around here unless your willing to travel to Springfield area.
They have a new dentist who speaks Spanish. I think his name is MIGUEL OSTOS RAYBAUDI. He is the best of all, especially for children who don't like dentists. He will change their mind and start going to the dentist. I give you the case of my daughter who never If she didn't let anyone treat her, they were going to recommend that I take her to Springfield so that she would be completely anesthetized for just one cleaning and the dentist Miguel took the task of caring for my daughter and with him we achieved it. He plays first and talks to her and explains everything to them. and then he makes them help him, which makes the children feel fearless and useful when it comes...read full review
