Dan and his team did a phenomenal job, mitigating water and mold issues in the basement and cleaning the heating duct work. From the moment I first spoke to them until the moment I stopped by their office after the job was done, this team was professional, friendly, understanding, polite, accommodating, and, overall, a pleasure to do business with. Catamount was very prompt with a response and estimate. I used them for both carpet cleaning and a mold remediation project. Also did a great job breaking down the price structure to better help me what I was paying for and what I received. Would recommend to anyone in the Berkshire county!
