I highly recommend this studio. Rachael, owner, kindly assisted me in booking a private, on-location group yoga class at our Airbnb in the Berkshires for a bachelorette trip and she couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating! She even went the extra mile to help our group Google some car service options in the Berkshires. We had an amazing experience with our instructor, Nicole, who led us through a “Rise and Shine” class at 10am in the backyard area of our Airbnb. She also stayed after the class to help us take photos. Such a wonderful experience! Thank you, Rachael and Nicole!

Rachael always presents a creative class with many different options so that a beginner or a more advanced participant can find their own blend of comfort and challenge. I've probably taken hundreds of classes with Rachael over time, and she continues to present new ideas combined with old, favorite poses and their variations. The fact that she can keep her classes fresh shows a special level of creativity.
