Mike and Glen Arseneau did the plumbing work when I had my basement finished off. That was almost twenty years ago and there have been no problems with the system at all.This year I decided I wanted an air conditioner/heat split installed, so I contacted them to do the work. Mike came up quickly at a convenient time for me, explained the job, and left to work up an estimate. He called me that same evening with a price. As soon as he had the unit (in about a week), he called and set up a convenient time for me for the installation. He and Glen arrived at the designated time and installed the unit. Our hot water heater started leaking. I called a few people to get estimates. One never returned the call. Another gave us a runaround. But when Mike called and said he would be over within 1/2 hour he was there on time. He gave me a reasonable estimate. He came within a couple of days as scheduled. 3 came, our old heater was drained, removed and a brand new unit replaced within 45 minutes. He explained the functioning of the unit and was on his way. Would call him again in an instant if needed! Bud
