“cute little nail salon that is very popular with repeat customers. i got a full dip set and was so impressed with how well my technician was able to complete them. i brought my daughter and her friends for kids mani/pedi and was told flower designs were included in the price. very different from other places i've been where they offer the service to my daughter behind my back, and then charge me $5 per "design" aka little nail sticker! i will be back here soon“

“I really enjoy visiting the Skin & Body Spa for my nails—I was however disappointed this time around when my gel mani didn’t last more than two days and ended up peeling from the outside in on several nails. Something that I will say as I actually have a natural nail certificate as an aesthetician, is that my cuticles were not tended to correctly. Cutting into dry cuticles but missing the vital step of softening and pushing them down to the nail bed leads to peeling skin around the nails for weeks to come and hinders the waterproofing and bonding of gel polish. Thus my cute nails that were meant for a week long European vacation were wasted and my cuticles were trashed in the aftermath—I ended up spending an hour mending the cuticles back to health and repainting my own nails in a clear polish to help strengthen them after too much focus was put on harsh buffing during the apppintment which led to the MOST INTENSE burning sensation from the curing light I have ever experienced. I will possibly go back in the future for a pedicure because it’s so darn hard to paint my own toenails and Erin who did my toes was so nice, but I will probably not return for a mani unless I find a nail tech there who promises to treat the cuticles correctly. The original post was 2 stars but I added two stars since the owner reached out the following day—I really appreciate the communication.“

“A wonderful experience getting my manicure and a nail issue fixed. Lauren helped me and was super cool and a very skilled nail technician. She was able to help me fix my cracked real nail (ouch!) and gave me a nice manicure. Also the space is SO CHARMING! A cute Victorian home and very nice and polished inside. Will def be back!“

“After receiving rushed, disappointing and not so great service at another salon, who obviously had been declining over the years, I stopped in here--and since then have come back every three weeks for a year. My nails always look good, always a dip.. the dip is never put on too thick and its always even. Its a small shop and I always call for an appt but get one the same day.“
