I would recommend Matley Pools for sure. They are very accommodating. The best part of Matley in my opinion is their service, in particular, Chris Boucher. He is ALWAYS available to take a call or reply to a text when I have a question or problem. Its very comforting to know I have that support when dealing with something I know little about (tub maintenance). Chris is top notch. If you are on the fence with a hot tub company, go with these guys knowing Chris has your back.
Yet again Matley surpasses expectations! They closed our inground pool this year and did an awesome job! They have completed several of our plumbing projects; installed our new pool liner; and opened and closed our pool many times. All with professional and exceptional results. Thank you!
I bought a Spa and Swimmer from Matley almost 4 years ago and use them regularly. As is expected with these kinds of things, regular maintenance is key and getting to work with their tech, Chris, has been awesome. I consider myself relatively handy, and Chris has been able to help me identify and fix a few minor issues & diagnose another over the phone saving us both considerable time and effort.
