We had a positive experience with Watchman Waterproofing from the initial assessment to the project completion. Paul arrived and explained the process and provided the proposal for the perimeter trench drain, new sump pump, etc. He also followed up on any questions or concerns we had quickly. Victor and his team performed the work outlined in the proposal and was completed 1 day ahead of schedule. The work was top notch. I had Watchman Waterproofing come by to quote a new pit and sump pump installation. After looking at the problem area, their technician, Paul, suggested just capping the pipe that is at the root of the water problem. It's an old well conduit that houses the old electrical wire and pipe for the well. It's open on top and after heavy rains, it spills over. Very professional and customer friendly to suggest a much less expensive solution than taking a jackhammer to make it a big job. If it doesn't work by capping it off, we can still use Watchman Waterproofing for the big job. Thank you!

I recently hired watchman waterproofing. Both Shawn and Mike we're amazing. They both operated with professionalism and integrity. Once they were on site, they determined I didn't require as much work as was originally thought. And through their honesty, I was able to save me a lot of money. I greatly appreciated their honesty and integrity. I find it is becoming harder and harder to find good honest companies, and this is one of them. I will use them for all future needs! Also Amanda in the office is so nice and super easy to work with!
