Have been going for a long time here even before covid. Therapists have always been excellent. Very excellent. Today. I had an excellent experience with the massage and when i was checking out I left a Tip of over 22%. The owner /manager said it wasn't enough. I was embarrassed for her brazen statement. My wife was also here today for a massage which she said was fabulous. And similarly, the owner/manager berated my wife because she wanted more money for a tip. In the past the masseuse followed me to the cashier, so I tipped her directly. Today she didn't follow me or my wife. We gave the owner the tip. Call me suspicious but i can't help but think that the owner perhaps took a cut of the tip, I am not happy with the transaction. While the massage was great, we won't go back because of the poor customer treatment. We will miss this place but can't deal with this unprofessional treatment.

Amazing experience! It was my first time having foot reflexology done and I was pleasantly surprised it included an upper body massage. I hold a lot of stress/tension in my neck and it just melted away. The atmosphere and entire experience was incredibly relaxing and clean! I will be going back for both reflexology and massages!
