Secured Environments Pest and Wildlife

I had to write even though I officially was not a customer. I had a situation where rodents were getting into my basement. At my wits end, and after trying everything, I called Secured Environments who sent out Russ Thibeault to assess my home. Russ spent a ton of time with me going around the exterior and interior of my basement. He patiently explained options and provided me with really useful information. I have used several pest control companies as a landlord and am so glad I came upon Secured Environments. They are responsive, reasonable and do exclusion work which is key with pest control. I would recommend them for sure!Services: Rodent extermination

Mice exclusion work was done well and as described at a good value so giving 5 stars.Office tried to charge wrong card with low credit limit instead of calling me for new card number as planned, and the workers left without confirming that I was satisfied with their work. So there is some room for improvement on the customer communication side, but the work itself was good.
