Val was so knowledgeable and professional. She understood what a change this would be as it’s on your literal face and can alter your looks. She was so patient (I made her change my outline 3 times before we even started) and she never made me feel bad about it. She actually encouraged it. Though there is a more expensive option for brows, she actually encouraged a cheaper option for a more natural look first, even though the other would technically make her more money. I’ve been going to Valspa Beauty, I saw Val for my eyebrows, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else! She’s incredibly skilled, professional, and detail-oriented. Every time I leave her spa, my brows look perfectly shaped and natural—she truly understands how to enhance your features without overdoing it.
Val is a microblade magician.
She is informative and makes sure she explains the entire process to you before starting and even throughout.
She has taken me from someone who had to do my eyebrows everyday, to now I wake up ready to go!
Valspa was my first ever microblade experience, and I trusted Val wholeheartedly with her vision.
Her vision ended up being different than how I’d ever do my eyebrows, but better than I could’ve imagined.
They fit my face shape more than any eyebrow attempt I ever made.
Not to mention, Val makes you feel at home and comfortable. Shes so kind and is such a good listener.
