After a brief delay in scheduling, he came out today and did just as I requested: raised the canopy on one tree and trimmed the dead branches out of another. He also treated a pretty gnarly carpenter ant infestation (which I'm not sure is a service he typically offers). He was pleasant, easy to talk to and cleaned up nicely.“

They arrived on time at 7:00am and got to work. I watched them through the window working hard and efficiently. There was a lot to do. They finished ~5:30pm. His team did an outstanding job.
