My technicians were wonderful and did an excellent job cleaning the rugs!!In terms of the company, I do feel that each time I use them, I get less that I traditionally always have as a longtime customer. First they renegged on the Scotchguard for life offering that I purchased several years back. They also used to count my stairs and hallway rugs as 'one'. Now I have to count them as two separate areas. Little things...but I'd like the new owners to realize that from a customer lense, its all about the little things!Respectfully,Christina Tinney
