Last big rainstorm, I noticed that my roof had leaked. I had dreaded having another repair service come out as I have been burned in the past with incompetent workers (resulting in multiple visits to actually resolve the problem) and over charging. Highly recommend SML Roofing and repair! I selected them based on ratings but also the fact they give elderly and veterans discounts. I felt that said a lot about the values of the company and I wasn't wrong. This husband and wife team are warm and responsive and they were out the next day and very apologetic about not being able to come out that same day. With winter approaching, I thought it would be a good idea to climb up on my roof and seal around the six skylights, four exhaust vents, chimney flashing and four vent pipes to prevent leaks as I've experienced in the past. Big mistake, my roof is so steep I was afraid I'd slide off. My neighbor recommended SML Roofing here in Peabody. I called their office early afternoon on 12/2/20 and Tammy Lamonde answered. Right off she was cheerful, pleasant and anxious to help. After I explained the reason for my call, she told me Steve was working nearby and she would call him to see if he could stop by. Had a wonderful experience top-notch work The crew cleaned up after themselves didn't hurt my bushes and they were polite. The price was great he work direct with us to keep us in budget. The owner is on site at all times couldn't ask for more.
