I had a gel mani/pedi. Rachael was wonderful! Gentle and fun to chat with. The salon was quaint, clean and well thought out. Nice to have privacy curtains for the pedicure! “I had my first consultation with Dr. Shanthala and it was absolutely amazing. She is honest, caring and truthful. (I want to emphasize that.) She spends the time to listen, I did not feel rushed. She took the time to talk with me and ask what my concerns were, what areas of my face I wanted to improve and why. After taking a number of photographs, we reviewed them together. She asked me my thoughts and gave her honest opinion of what she could enhance and other areas of where she thought it may not be as effective. She did an amazing cut and knew exactly what colors to use for my skin tone. I love going to this salon! “Stopped in for a walk in pedicure and was immediately greeted cheerfully. I learned the salon has been at that location for a year. It was very clean and nicely decorated. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a spa pedicure, which I agreed. I got to pick the scent and the add-on lotions and foot massage were well worth it. My technician gave me a phenomenal foot massage - I could've stayed there all day. Her paint work wasn't the greatest and I could tell she was struggling a bit. Another technician came over to help her and it looked good. I appreciated that the second technician assisted. Emily (I believe she is the owner) came over to check on me to make sure I was satisfied, and even though I said I was, she sat down and cleaned up the work. You can tell she was a perfectionist, and wasn't going to let me leave unless I was 100% satisfied. I completely respect that and really appreciated the attention. I will certainly be back. Thank you Emily and your team for pampering me and paying such close attention to detail.“
