Way over priced. He was here 20 minutes . He doesn't even clean all the stacks for $390. Not that it's relevant but the mechanics demeanor was terse. He doesn't enjoy what he does. There are plenty of cheaper alternatives. I took the first one that came up.My fault.

Positives - On time - PoliteNegatives - They estimated me around $8000 or more to fix my broken pipe and said they would give me a call later with more details. Never heard back from them. Found another company who fixed it for $1800.You will not get a DVD when they camera inspect your pipe unless you pay extra on top of the camera inspection charge. Was never even asked if I wanted a dvd. Had another company camera my pipe for a lot less money and the DVD was included like it should be.They water jetted my pipe which left the side of my washing machine covered in dirty water said they would clean it up but never did.I allowed them to use a container I had to catch water...read full review
