I emailed Deb from the main office and and received a reply to contact her. After a few days passed , Deb called me following up with my concern . . .this is impressive most company will wait for the call. Although marginal on the warranty, Len Gibely Contracting removed and reinstalled the existing gutter correcting the pitch, and also made some adjustments to another piece in the back of my house to improve drainage.
