“First visit after seeing the reviews online and not being familiar with the area. Will absolutely go back. I'm very picky about having my cuticles nipped or cut and they listened and did a fabulous job. When I had a basic manicure with just a strengthener put on my nails instead of color or gel or a dip, they did not seem put out or irritated that I wasn't upgrading. So, attention to detail, excellent work and extremely fair prices. Definitely a go-to in the future!“

“I moved to Peabody about 2 years ago and the minute I came here, I searched everywhere for a salon for my nails. I tried DOZENS of salons, and I was always let down. Either the prices were outrageous, the attitude and vibe of the staff was rude and unfriendly, issues with cleanliness, nails falling off a week later or just the final product was not up to par. About 6 months ago I ran across Em's and I decided to give it a try. Now most people struggle with my nails as being a full-time single mom, I do not always get to keep them kept and I usually wait until they fall off and I get a whole new set. Another issue is, I basically have no nail as a base for them to work with because yes, I know (DISGUSTING HABIT) but I chew them until they bleed. When I walked in the first time, I had Em, the owner. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about what she was doing. She explained to me that due to my nails being so short she had to put some sort of ridge in it before she put the real nail on. No one in my entire 20 years of getting my nails done actually explained the process that my nails would need because they were so slow. But she did. She was so Honest and Upfront, and she told me that I had to come back right away in 2 weeks due to this issue and then after that I would be ok and could extend my visits a little longer than two weeks. This woman is so genuine and real and I have never met a nail artist like that. I the neatest thing about being there was every single person that walked in the door she called them by name. I have never seen that in my entire life. I am talking EVERY PERSON. She knew everyone and they knew her, and she just made the vibe so relaxed and comfortable. Best part was my nails lasted the longest they had in a while, and it was very affordable. I have not been since October, as life gets the best of me, but I plan on booking an appointment the first week in March with Emily and hopefully she will be able to do what she did for me the 1st time. This is my #1 go to. Give it a shot! You won't be disappointed!“

She did an amazing cut and knew exactly what colors to use for my skin tone. I love going to this salon! “I visited Lavish Nails for the first time yesterday and I had an amazing experience! I opted for the deluxe pedicure and regular mani, both with gel. I was taken care of by Diane, the owner, and she gave me the best pedicure I think I’ve ever had. The whole experience was very luxurious with foot/leg steamers, a mask and a wonderful massage! I chose a light color and Diane did extra coats to make sure it came out just right. The salon is beautiful, very clean, relaxing, and she has more dip colors than I have ever seen in my life! She also has two adorable kid pedicure chairs that my daughter would have LOVED when she was little. It’s in an extremely convenient location and I had no trouble parking. I booked a same day appointment right online. Most salons these days, rush you in and out, and have so many different technicians that you usually never end up with the same person twice, and you never have any idea who the owner is. Diane made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I stepped into the salon and she made sure my experience was perfect. I cannot wait to go back! Oh, and the prices were VERY reasonable! ☺️“

“Stopped in for a walk in pedicure and was immediately greeted cheerfully. I learned the salon has been at that location for a year. It was very clean and nicely decorated. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a spa pedicure, which I agreed. I got to pick the scent and the add-on lotions and foot massage were well worth it. My technician gave me a phenomenal foot massage - I could've stayed there all day. Her paint work wasn't the greatest and I could tell she was struggling a bit. Another technician came over to help her and it looked good. I appreciated that the second technician assisted. Emily (I believe she is the owner) came over to check on me to make sure I was satisfied, and even though I said I was, she sat down and cleaned up the work. You can tell she was a perfectionist, and wasn't going to let me leave unless I was 100% satisfied. I completely respect that and really appreciated the attention. I will certainly be back. Thank you Emily and your team for pampering me and paying such close attention to detail.“

“Excellent pedicure. May is wonderful, so relaxing, one hour of pampering. There was no rushing which I appreciate. From the beginning until the end it was an amazing pedicure. The Owner gave me water while I was drying…you get that in Boston nail salons, I never get that attention to detail around here. It’s the small things that matter most. It was clean, a fair price for what I received and they were so sweet and respectful. I will be back again ?“
