Thanks to Grand Master O’Malley’s guidance and patience, this old man was able to learn and grow far beyond my impression of myself. The school focuses on mind and body with a direction of self defense rather than competition. It’s great to pass on the knowledge of TKDs founder General Choi to the next generation. I’ve seen so many children and adults grow under his tutelage. He has guided both of my boys (each with the challenges of autism) to succeed and come out of their shells. Not to mention the self defense techniques helped with school bullies!
