Gustavo said he could remove the tree without a crane and only needed 36 inches to get his machine in. His quote was reasonable and he was extremely responsive to texts. “We have a large retaining wall that was slowly failing when we bought our house in Lynn, and was in a tricky spot behind our garage, on the property line. Because it was large (10 ft high and more than 25 ft long), we had trouble finding someone who would take on a project of that scale, and met Mario/MACH Masonry because they had done a nice retaining wall for a neighbor of ours.Mario immediately communicated a clear timeline and cost, started on time, dealt well with a major unforeseeable demolition issue, and was a pleasure to work with.We’d recommend him and his team to anyone who has a big project. The price was reasonable considering the scale and in line with other estimates. He also built a stone staircase for us into our adjoining lot, and did a beautiful job with that too.“

“Let's call a spade a spade. I had my backyard which was a mess cleaned by Robinson. The deal was going forward a haircut every other week. Two days ago I called Brian to say that on the day his guy was to come for the lawn that I was having visitors from TX including a 9-day-old baby. Asked him not to send the guy at 8 in the morning for the lawn because of these tired travelers. Guy came, and said Brian said to come. Wonder what he didn't understand about my ask. Called him today and basically he gave me the old brushoff mumbling about you better find someone else. That's right Brian. Take the money and run and don't bother letting me know that I'm small peanuts to your real business and you just can be bothered. Small request, well done brushoff! Quite the businessman.“

“We hired DiCicco for a large and complex landscaping project at our home in Andover. The work included three stone retaining walls, eight granite steps, a paver walkway, a gravel path, a boulder wall, landscape lighting, a new front lawn, new planting beds, lawm irrigation, plant irrigation, and a window well. DiCicco did very high quality work and the results are impressive. His crew was courteous and professional and always picked up at the end of the day. Sometimes communication was delayed, but it was always clear, detailed and thorough. When we didn't like something, they worked with us to find solutions and always resolved it to our satisfaction. They used quality materials and didn't cut corners. I especially appreciated that they promised to come back in the spring to address any issues with lawn establishment. Overall we are very satisfied with how the project came out and would recommend them.“
