We had an emergency experience in which our basement carpet was soaked via a next door unit’s water heater. Jeff was there less than 12 hours later with equipment that he assured would do that job. He understood our situation and got the job done. He was efficient, effective, and helpful on top of everything else, was affordable. Everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommend.
The owner, Jeff, is very professional and thorough. He cleaned 3 rooms of wall to wall carpet and my kitchen tile. The carpet wasn’t too dirty, I get it cleaned often. I never realized my carpet cleaner could also clean my tile and grout until I saw a Facebook video. The difference is like night and day. I’m disgusted I lived with it as dirty as it was. I highly recommend J&S Carpet Cleaning!
I have had wonderful experiences with J & S Carpet Cleaning! I cannot recommend them enough. We first used J&S to clean our home top to bottom, carpet, tile, grout! All of our surfaces. They were efficient, courteous and professional and my home never looked better! Their products are non toxic which is important for my family. This past summer we had a sewer main break in our basement and needed an emergency service to deal with the enormous problem. We called J&S for immediate remediation and they were at our home within the hour even though it was the middle of the night.
