This was my first time using this dry cleaner. It may be the worst one I have ever experienced. I was required to pre-pay for their services, only for them to do a horrible job.

My garments were more wrinkled when I picked them up than when I dropped them off. I am not even confident they were cleaned. Also, they damaged my silk scarves with safety pins, even though the scarves had tags they could have pinned to.

The customer service was trash also. The associate was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Her demeanor was consistent with the poor quality of the work. I spelled my name very slowly for her, and either her keyboard was broken or she could not hear me...read full review

Unfortunately I have to say these guys are far from expert Taylor’s. I brought a sweater to get fixed because it had a hole in it. They said they would be able to fix it. I asked them to also clean it. They did a good job cleaning it however, they did not actually fix the hole in my sweater, and when I asked them, they said no, no fix. I wish they were upfront and clear about the service they are able to provide.If you need some dry cleaning they’re good. But don’t bring anything to them to get tailored.

My first visit was also my last. Every piece of clothing was returned with a safety pin jammed through the fabric-- not through the tag, through the fabric. This damaged two of the more delicate pieces. The clothing was so blatantly mishandled that I wondered whether the place was a front for some other kind of business! But I didn't stick around to find out. I just went elsewhere when I next needed dry cleaning.
