“I would like to respond to "Neil P" review. I remember it clearly because to be honest it was the first time something like that ever happened. This gentleman came into the salon with no appointment on a Saturday. Anyone knows a Salon's busiest day is on a Saturday. The Salon was extremely busy and yes he did sit and wait a bit before someone greeted him. We assumed he was waiting for someone because he NEVER approached the reception desk. When we did a visual cross reference with our clients and realized he was not with anyone, we asked if we could help him and he said he would like a haircut..We were completely booked but willing to accommodate, so we told him he could come back and we would get him in. He did come back and he did wait because he was being squeezed in and yes Tony was chatting away with his clients and taking his time because that's the type of barber that he is. He takes his time and gives the client what they pay for. Technically this 1 star review is actually in our favor because he said it just right. "Taking our time and chatting with our client." Sorry Neil your experience was not a good one!“

“Jose was professional and meticulous all while keeping my fidgety 8 year olds head still. We were the only ones in the shop which was nice and he put shrek on the tv.
The shop was cozy and clean.
You could tell he cared about a job well done

“Stopped by today , didn't know it was appointments only.. I assume it was the the owner met me at the door, extremely friendly dude, apologized , it was appointments only and he was full, but gave me a couple very good options where I could get a haircut.. I took his advice and he was right.

After talking a bit about my military service and heading back to Japan, he graciously cut my hair free of charge. Class act, will get my hair cut here again next time I am in town to visit family."“
