I just had the most amazing massage. I didn't know just what to expect, but i was pleasantly surprised at my experience. The building which houses this spa is pretty simple, however the decor of the spa itself is very warm and relaxing. The owner, Kathy, was wonderful and very good at what she does. I was in pain when I walked in but very relaxed when I walked out. She continuously asked how I was doing and how each method she used was feeling. She has plenty of experience and a great deal of compassion for her clients. OMG I cannot begin to explain how amazing this place is. I was referred here by a friend and I am so glad I went. Kathy was an absolute angel. I am so thankful for the time I had with her today! She took the time to listen and help! Not only was the massage one of the best I have ever had, her presence and aura was out of this world. The energy healing I received was exactly what was needed. She made me feel fantastic and I cannot wait to go back! If you are looking for a massage with someone you can trust and leave feeling relaxed I highly suggest visiting them! I am so grateful to have such and amazing business in Oxford!

I have been going to Renew for close to a decade now! Both Heather and Kathy are wizards with their hands if you’re looking for a great massage! Aside from the amazing massages, as an added bonus they also offer top tier energy healing services which I would also highly recommend!
