From the first evaluation of my back pain to these last days before I “graduate”, the care I’ve received has been exemplary. I was greeted each session by Kenji, scheduler extraordinaire, who always made sure my favorite candy was in the bowl on the counter. My primary therapist, Jianna, developed and explained my treatment plan every step of the way. She respectfully and professionally answered all my questions and provided reasonable exercises and stretches for me to do at home. My treatment also included dry needling with e-stim, which was administered by Marissa. She, too, was patient and gentle while treating me. Kyle, the PT aide, greeted me with a smile every time and got me settled with moist heat to start each session. He also ran me through my stretches and exercises at the end of every session. I’d say that all the staff appeared to have warm and respectful relationships with their clients. And they love to have fun in their work! Laughter is the best medicine. The facility is spotless and is a sunny, lovely space. I’d strongly recommend Concierge to anyone in need of quality physical therapy care.“
