Dave, our sales rep, went above and beyond, by coming to our home to cut our new downspout so the heavy water flow would be rerouted away from the house. He didn't charge us and helped us out as All Gutters Inc who Ecmr hired to do our gutters wanted $150 for a pipe cut. We appreciate Dave and ECMR and recommend them highly. Kudos to Dave.

Best company!! We are so happy we chose ECMR. It started with Patric who described the process and the materials used. We feel like we were well educated on all aspects. Shaun and his crew worked tirelessly. The cleanup was thorough. And Alex and Jenna in the office were easy to access and speak to. We are thrilled. We both feel that the entire team from East Coast Metal Roofing from Taft Manzotti (Product Specialist), Sean Sullivan (Quality Control Manager), Jenna and Alex (Office Managers) to the crew on site led by Bobby Gagnon and Eduardo Giordano deserve our honest praise.
