We hired Elle and her team over a year ago. We are undertaking an enormous residential project that requires the utmost attention to detail. We have been exceptionally pleased with the service we are given. Summerland continually meets all of our expectations in regards to communication skills and meeting promised deadlines. We feel they go above and beyond their duties with personal touches. Our ideas were heard and implemented into our overall design. I acquired a home that needed a total update and have been using Summerland to update but still keep some of the family heirlooms. They are doing a great job! Elle transformed my house to a place that I love! She had a great vision and elevated the look of my home using new pieces, but also incorporating the favorite items I already had. She introduced some wallpaper, window treatments, accent rugs, and she even switched out some hardware on a tv cabinet - a small detail that made a big difference. She understood my budget and style, and had a great knowledge of period pieces that would work well in my antique home. My house now looks cohesive and upscale. I couldn't be happier, and have asked her to come back to work on some more rooms/projects once we both have time. She and her staff are always responsive and professional.... read full review
