“We hired Scott Peacock and his team to build a small 2 story cottage on our property. He and his team were such a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to find materials for our project in a time when there were shortages of building materials. He listened to what we wanted and gave us it. Each and every time we step into the cottage we smile. It is absolutely beautiful. It’s all we ever wanted and so much more. I also can’t say enough about the subcontractors he uses. Anthony Franze and his crew got the job done on time and on budget, including replacing two skylights. Anthony was very knowledgeable and solved the issues we had been having with the old roof: great attention to details and problem solving. “I had a relatively "small job" for a restoration. As Joe the Project Manager stated, it's not really a difficult job but because of the location in your home it's complicated because we have to coordinate with an electrician (to pull the meter off the house!) and a plumber for a gas line. Then reinstall after the structural work was done. It wasn't really an emergency- for them, which I understood. I did have to wait a bit longer than I had hoped because of that. But their price, which in my case was largely out of pocket, was quite reasonable. Their work was impeccable. Both Joe, his carpenter Mark, and their subcontractor Tom Sullivan Electric out of Cotuit were fantastic to work with! I highly recommend them all.“
