I could have done a better job cutting my own hair. Very sloppy around the ears and much shorter and narrower on the top than I wanted. The hair cut was so quick and I just took it and got out. I regret going here. I am getting married in three weeks and I am now nervous that I will look bad at my wedding.

I would like to give a shout out to the staff at the salon. I spend my summers on the cape and do nothing with my hair. Sadly I had to come home for a funeral. Silouttes got me in for a full appointment highlight , haircut, wax and pedicure with only a two day notice. Everything and everyone was kind and professional. I had an unfortunate experience here. After not getting my hair cut for 6 months because of Covid, I went in to get an inch or so trimmed off of my longish hair. I somehow ended up leaving 35 minutes later with my hair chopped off to my chin. To make matters worse, the cut was uneven, choppy, and just overall sloppy. I hate to leave a bad review because the staff and the salon seemed nice. But make sure you are clear with the stylist if it's your first time so you don't end up crying yourself to sleep for a week like i did!
