Northstar is a customer-oriented business! Ian, my HVAC technician, was thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. While, in the office, Stacy and Kathy are always professional and kind. I strongly recommend them if you are looking to replace your heating/cooling unit or for a new repair team.
Ian was great! Our AC was not working at all. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had us back up and running. He explained all our options and was friendly as well as professional.
We had our first service today with Northstar H&C, who was recommended by a neighbor. We were lucky to get service very quickly due to a cancellation and Andrew P was the tech sent.
First, we were sent a text that he was on his way to our address, w a phone number if any issues. Andrew arrived promptly, did a thorough review of the premises and equipment, carefully cleaned everything, and explained the optimum performance of our unit.
