I recommend Bayside to everyone I know. I had several plumbing companies come out to my newly purchased cottage, only to be told that the work I wanted done (adding a washer/dryer hook up) was impossible and that I should raise the home and add a basement. In contrast, Bayside told me that anything was possible. And indeed it was, as I now have a washer/dryer... as well as a dishwasher and outdoor shower! I am on a first name basis with all or most of their team - everyone is professional, knowledgable, helpful, and tidy with their work. They are always responsive for issues big and small. Really can't speak highly enough of them!

Had a little toilet leak and couldn’t figure it out. Called and the next appointment was a week out which was fine as we had another bathroom. Came and checked things out, made a couple of adjustments and also installed the new toilet we just bought. Couldn’t be happier with their responsiveness and professionalism

We were fortunate that Bayside could fit us in for AC repair where other businesses had long waits..........fortunately good record keeping allowed us to get the appointment due to a cancellation. There was a small issue so I called and got an immediate resolution. Polite, professional and knowledgeable service men, repair and maintenance, and exceptional, immediate customer service puts this company at the top of my list.
