2 years ago i started going to Advanced Family Dentristry of Orleans under Dr scheier then Dr Monfette. After having four crowns put on in the front of my mouth with Dr Scheier they then have fallen off at least twice and re mounted by Dr Monfette and fallen off again. After being told that they would make this right I was just informed that they will charge to put them back on even though they shouldn’t have fallen off. I think what we forgotten is who is the customer? Been a horrible ongoing experience.

Terrible follow up. 3 Months ago our X-rays and paperwork was sent in with the Aug appoit dates.. Today I get a call after I called them yet AGAIN they said sorry in Nov we have openings. We did find your paperwork!!

I have been going to Dr. Scheier since I was very young (over 20 years now). He and his team do such an excellent job. They are always up on latest advances and don’t push anything for insurance, just great preventative care that is forward thinking.I’ve moved away and I still drive over an hour now to come to this office. They have a really nice looking, and super clean office and they always remember me and are great with rescheduling.
