They were unreliable, slow (took them weeks to clean!) and the apt (especially the floor) was visibly not clean when they were done and demanded to be paid and I have the pictures to prove it. Here are some of the pics.

Could not be happier. Richard is a perfectionist and easy to communicate with. Very happy with the power washing. Will use them again. They do pretty much everything.

I had my home pressure washed, my home is 2400sq ft and I was quoted half of what another company quoted. But! I can not stress enough how friendly the owner was. He was approachable and never seemed to mind my watching him work and all my questions. It was a pleasant surprise to see a company show up 5 mins before start time. I highly recommend this company and their local everybody needs to support their local businesses.
