“My latest saga started yesterday morning. Of course this time of year our boiler stoped working. That meant no hot water or heat. Called Master Tech on a Sunday morning and left a message about having no heat. First thing this morning (Monday) Janet the secretary called and informed me that she would have a technician out between 2-4p. Within 15 minutes Steve the tech called and told me he was on his way. Steve was very professional and fixed my plumbing problem immediately I will be using this company in the future. Steve represents Master Tech to the fullest. His expertise, personality, and charisma is a valuable asset to Master Tech. I've never dealt with a company such as Master Tech. Everyone I've dealt with from office secretary Janet were all very professional and courteous. If I could give a higher star rating for Master Tech I would. Master Tech is my go to for plumbing needs.“

“they are pretty good, although i had a bad experience at the end. its difficult to find anyone reliable on vineyard. they couldnt figure out the leak from the shower up stairs, finally joe's plumbing fixed it no problem. emergency calls very expensive! but alas your on the vineyard. paradise.lol.“

“We were caught in a panic when our cottage in Oak Bluffs sprung a few leaky pipes when opening the house for the season. Our regular plumber was no where to be seen and I didn't know where to turn. Luckily, I was able to connect with Mike Boyd and I must say he was a lifesaver. He was on time, professional, very knowledgeable and practical. He went above and beyond in coming up with creative solutions to our problems, which were not easy to fix. Plus we thought his pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Boyd & Sons.“
