“My latest saga started yesterday morning. Of course this time of year our boiler stoped working. That meant no hot water or heat. Called Master Tech on a Sunday morning and left a message about having no heat. First thing this morning (Monday) Janet the secretary called and informed me that she would have a technician out between 2-4p. Within 15 minutes Steve the tech called and told me he was on his way. Steve was very professional and fixed my plumbing problem immediately I will be using this company in the future. Steve represents Master Tech to the fullest. His expertise, personality, and charisma is a valuable asset to Master Tech. I've never dealt with a company such as Master Tech. Everyone I've dealt with from office secretary Janet were all very professional and courteous. If I could give a higher star rating for Master Tech I would. Master Tech is my go to for plumbing needs.“

“Our oil burner stopped working leaving us with no heat or hot water. I called a couple of oil burner service companies on the island and were told they were not taking new customers. Our former oil burner service company no longer did service calls so I was growing concerned because we needed help and it seemed like we weren't going to get anyone to take us on as a new customer. I was relieved when I spoke with Brian from Island Energy and he told me they would be happy to take us on as a new customer. I filled out an online application and their crew was out the very next day and had our oil burner running again. It was also given a full service. Brian informed us that our oil tank which was 25 years old was in need of replacement due to sediment buildup, which had caused our burner to stop operating in the first place. Within a few days their crew returned and installed the new tank. Everyone I met that came to do the work was friendly, professional, and left everything nice and clean when they were finished. I would highly recommend Island Energy to anyone in need of oil burner service here on Martha's Vineyard.“
