Poor quality, several issues with the device I purchased,I lost important work data because hard drive crashed. On sending the device to their technical solutions team, they reinstalled everything but couldn't retrieve the data2 stars only because they are responsive

Fist, the invoice was issued in the wrong currency. Next, the sales rep forgot to tell us the items would not be in stock for one month, while he knew that we would pay an extra 350 EUR to save a few days of delivery time. Emails and calls went unanswered. We are now waiting for Thinkmate to bring the CPU from another location (thus 2 and not 1 star rating), but apparently, we just found out (2 weeks later) that the base system is also not available. Note that all items were supposed to be in stock and none was marked with a "delay" badge when we ordered.

First time ordering from Thinkmate. Website was really easy to use to configure and order. Had a need for a major rush and Amir was a rockstar at pushing this through. Build quality was great, component options were great. Will definitely be using them again.
