Terrible quality and customer service. GPU server stops frequently due to the excessive heat dissipation after 1 month of use. Service team is terribly slow without finding the root cause quickly. It's been almost 3 weeks since I sent the server for repair, but hasn't received yet. I ordered 2 expensive servers earlier, but will never order here.

Terrible Customer Service. Ordered several expensive workstations that were super loud and unusable in an office environment. They stalled on returning them then refused to take them back because too much time (a few weeks) had gone by. They admitted to being unreasonable but still wouldn't take them back. I won't work with them ever again.

Poor quality, several issues with the device I purchased,I lost important work data because hard drive crashed. On sending the device to their technical solutions team, they reinstalled everything but couldn't retrieve the data2 stars only because they are responsive
