I had my hair cut and colored with Kara. A few days later I did a straightening treatment. It took over 5 hours. The salon was freezing, I was literally shivering. Kara knew I had back problems and couldn't sit for long periods of time. She had no idea what she was doing. My hair that I just had colored and highlighted turned a brassy orange color. The straightening has ruined my hair. It is old lady looking like a brillo pad. I am praying that my hair grows back normal. The straightener was supposedly organic and amazing but it was a nightmare! I never yelp but wouldn't want someone to have to deal with this. I'd give zero stars if I could.
