I've been visiting the Norwood Home Depot at least four times a month for the past three years. Today, I went to the store to find some wood (1/2x8), but I could only locate plywood. Until I was assisted by Ericka, I had never experienced exceptional service at this location. She went above and beyond to help me find the right solution for my needs. From providing me with a cart to arranging for someone to cut the wood to size, Ericka made my experience seamless. Thank you, Ericka, for your outstanding assistance!

This particular store continues to disappoint on customer service. Traveled to this store today because their website indicated 29 units of the product I was looking for were in stock. I would have ordered on line for pick up, but last time I did that it was days. So I go into the store, which by the way doesn't realize we in the midst of a pandemic, but that's a whole other yelp review. I asked an associate (kudos on that because they did have quite a few of them on the store floor), and unlike other stores the associate did not walk me to where my items were but gave me a vague direction. Okay, I'm capable and didn't need my hand held so I went to where my item was suppose to be...no luck, so I asked at customer service who yelled to "The Guy who knows where everything is"...great now I'm getting somewhere until he says they are sold out. Wow...I just happen to find the one item they had a run on that day. Bad luck. I showed them on my iPhone that they should have now 28 left, to which they said then there's probably a pallet up in the rafters with the product on it. Perfect....so I look at them and they walk away. And with that I walked to my car, drove to the Lowes in Plainville and found what I was looking for...silly me for continuing to go to this particular store...never again.
