Have to let you know, today's cleaning team ( Crystal & Yari ) was probably the best team we've ever had. Didn't forget anything, did it all very well, and put things back where they found them. I'm impressed.
I am mostly satisfied with my experience; although, not all the cleaning teams are as thorough as they should be for the plan I have. I think having the same team is helpful. I understand there is a problem getting staff.
