“Lucy is a very sweet and diligent worker. She arrives promptly and works quietly and respectfully. Her vacuum makes almost no noise and she is gentle with the furniture and the woodwork. She never breaks things; she treats everything with great respect. She and her colleague wear plastic coverings on their shoes to keep everything clean. She is very kind and easy to communicate with and she’s extremely reliable. Best of all the house looks and smells clean and fresh. The quality I respect the most is her honesty and integrity. “Maria and her team recently did a fabulous deep clean/reset for us. Everything was meticulous—they even removed stains from a sink that I thought was hopelessly stained. We had a lot of different surfaces (lots of hardwood floors & cabinets, tile, etc) and everything was gleaming when they left. It can be hard to find cleaners who do windows, inside refrigerators, or inside of ovens but she does. She uses the cleaning products that you provide, which I appreciate (but she brings mop, vacuum, rags, etc). The three team members were very efficient and did so much work in a reasonable amount of time. The price was very fair and Maria did an in-person estimate ahead of time.
