They picked up my TV from my house after quoting a price knowing what the model number was. Three weeks later no response. I call them to check on the status of my TV because they never bothered. No answer. I decide to text them. They tell me my tv is unrepairable and they try to sell me another one over text. They didn't realize which customer they are trying scam today. The bottom line. Don't go to these people. Update 11/3- So this guy is upset about the facts above in my previous yelp post and now is making up charges for my tv. He wants 65 dollars for picking up my tv at home, 45.00 for the estimate and wants to charge me a 20.00 storage fee per day. Please... read full review

I'm very upset... The technician showed up late, looked at my Sub-Zero, said he is not licensed to refill freon, charged me $100, and left. Save your time and money, don't be a fool like me, don't call this guy.

Absolute worst service possible. He works out of the back of a weird clothing store. Does not have a credit card reader, I mean how does he expect to conduct an electronic service business without it? Guess he prefers cash to evade the IRS. Then my TV had its frame on the back. After he 'fixed' it he did not reattach the frame and it sat in his store which accordingly closes at 6pm but he closes shop whenever. Wont pick up calls, may reply to text sometimes and he hung out the frame in a walmart bag on the front door to the clothing shop and closed shop before 6pm!! Absolutely worst experience. Pls do not go to him for any repairs. Save yourself a poor experience.
