I not sure who Nucar is because this review was supposed to be for the Boch Toyota dealer in Norwood. I've never been to Nucar and don't know how to remove my previous review. The five star is for Nucar because I've never been there and the previous one star was for the Boch Toyota experience.
Out of three dealerships I have never a service manager flight to all the information you need to know goes above and beyond his description of what he's supposed to do he was very helpful and like I said I can't get over how polite he is but he was I recommend BochToyota anyone
Kevin Dasila was a pleasant to work with and he was very helpful in every step of the way. He explained all the work needed in detail.However, I waited for 3 hours for oil change and to get the warranty exchanged approved for my car battery. The computer was also crushing every time when try to print. I took a day off and it was my plan to get things done but it shouldn’t be taking all this time for this services.Service: Oil change
