Pilgrim is my go to call for plumbing needs. Had Harry Moore out to the house this morning and can't day enough about the efficient job that he completed! As always thank you so much for the professionalism and care you give to your clients! Definitely 5 stars!
Matt and Brady gave exceptional customer service, explaining the problem with my plumbing issues on a sink drain and toilet, showed me my options for repair and replacement and didn’t try and pressure me with the up-sell. I have, unfortunately, been through a few plumbing companies at my home and Pilgrim is by far the best to work with.
Harry was great. He was able to fix our issue and get the water to the rest of the house back up running until we can get the shower kit needed to get the shower up and running again. We were given multiple options for the fix, which was very helpful. We will definitley be using Pilgrim again when we need assistance.
Harry came back today for the follow up appt to complete the job once the necessary parts came in. Turns out one of the new parts out of the box was defective and Harry went and exchanged out replacements to complete the job. Everything now looks great and works as expected.
